In contrast to existing university business clubs focusing on securities research, management consulting, data analysis, and marketing strategies, our society serves as a trailblazer in addressing the essential yet overlooked realm of real estate product research. Our mission is to create a university platform for discussing real estate products, facilitating the exchange of professional knowledge, and promoting the widespread dissemination of relevant information. We aim to equip students with fundamental knowledge for future real estate transactions, keeping them abreast of the current dynamics of the housing market. Simultaneously, we strive to build a network of individuals who share a common interest in real estate, fostering connections among like-minded peers."
